  DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are commonly cleaned within 48 hours.
   

Express orders are cleaned and delivered back within 24 hours from hand-over with 50% extra charge.
Express orders exclude garments and materials which require special care such as leather, fur, formal dress and gowns.
Delivery outside business hours and during holidays - 50% extra charge.
Orders are paid upon contractual prices in advance at the handover of the order.

  Transport

We use only our vehicles for transport of the orders.
Orders are picked-up and delivered only by our agent.
Free transport with an order over CZK 1399,- (Prague)
Transport Extra Charges:
For orders under CZK 900,- a flat extra charge CZK 200,-, For orders under CZK 1399,- a flat extra charge CZK 100,- (one trip pickup or delivery - Prague) Prague outskirts (plus Prague rate) CZK 25 for one kilometer
Transport of no avail 150,-CZK (if the client/person responsible is not at agreed time on agreed place for order hand-over)
