  DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are commonly cleaned within 24 hours.
   

Express orders are cleaned and delivered back within 6 hours from hand-over with 50% extra charge.
Express orders exclude garments and materials which require special care such as leather, fur, formal dress and gowns.
Delivery outside business hours and during holidays - 100% extra charge.
Orders are paid upon contractual prices in advance at the handover of the order.

Monday - Friday          8 am - 8 pm
Saturday                      8 am - 4 pm /only Expres and Special orders

  Transport

We use only our vehicles for transport of the orders.
Orders are picked-up and delivered only by our agent.
Free transport with an order over CZK 499,- (Prague)
Transport Extra Charges:
For orders under CZK 499,- - a flat extra charge CZK 99,- (Prague)
Prague outskirts (plus Prague rate) CZK 15 for one kilometer
Transport of no avail CZK 100 (if the client/person responsible is not at agreed time on agreed place for order hand-over)
Waiting- 15 minutes CZK 50
